Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented Store-Based Sales Associate responsible for assisting customers, promoting company products, maintaining product displays, and supporting daily store operations.

The role focuses on providing excellent customer service while helping achieve store sales targets and ensuring products are properly displayed, stocked, and handled. The ideal candidate should be approachable, sales-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome, assist, and provide excellent customer service to store customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable company products
• Explain product features, benefits, prices, and promotions accurately
• Promote products and actively support the achievement of daily and monthly sales targets
• Assist customers in making product selections and respond professionally to product inquiries
• Ensure products are properly displayed, arranged, labeled, and well-stocked
• Regularly check product availability and replenish displays as needed
• Assist in receiving, checking, counting, and arranging incoming merchandise
• Monitor stock levels and promptly report low-stock, damaged, or missing items
• Assist in inventory counts and other basic inventory-control activities
• Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage or loss
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the store and selling area
• Assist in implementing in-store promotions and other sales activities
• Coordinate customer, product, inventory, and operational concerns with the Store Supervisor or concerned personnel
• Follow established store procedures, customer service standards, and company policies
• Perform other sales and store-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School Graduate; College Level or College Graduate is an advantage
• At least 1 year of sales, retail, merchandising, or customer service experience is preferred
• Female preferred
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Customer-oriented with an interest in sales and product promotion
• Basic knowledge of inventory, stock monitoring, and product handling is an advantage
• Presentable, approachable, hardworking, and responsible
• Able to work effectively in a team and follow store procedures
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Must be willing to be assigned to NW Stores in Manila
